Based mostly on the famed sorbet taste from Berthillon in Paris, this cheat’s recipe is a surefire option to hold the Valentine’s fireplace stoked all week. Use glorious store-bought raspberry sorbet, drizzle it with rosewater, and shave the highest quality white chocolate excessive. It is candy and aromatic and just a little bit left of middle, which I really like. Plus, it tastes like Paris.
